Vacation Bible School

Our church held Vacation Bible School the last week of July and there were over 100 children in attendence. Meagan was able to attend this year and I helped with registration. This year's theme was Creation and the church was transformed into a museum. It was some of the most elaberate artwork I have ever seen! Each day was special - Tuesday was come as your favorite aniamal day & Wed was crazy hair day. Meagan dressed up as a butterfly on Tuesday and wore multiple braids and ponies in her hair on Wed. We left Wed afternoon for TN so she only got to go for 3 days. Meagan loves to sing and by the end of the 1st day she was singing some of the songs and had memorized her 1st Bible verse "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." (Gen 1:1). She also enjoyed the art projects and Wednesday's snack, ice cream.
