The First Snow of the Year

Ashburn finally got its first snow Jan 21st. Meagan and Bob were both very excited. After getting Meagan all bundled up in her snow suit and boots, she and Daddy went for a walk. She had some much fun she didn’t want to come back inside. She kept saying “it snowing outside”, “it snowing outside”. When she did finally come inside, her cheeks were all red. The birds seemed to enjoy the snow as well.

Snow is not the only thing that arrived that Sunday. Meagan came down with a stomach virus and she & I were up all night. Then like a nice sharing girl she gave it the mommy & daddy and we both got sick on Wed. By Saturday everyone was healthy again, but very weak.
