Thanksgiving

We had a very nice Thanksgiving. The weather was warmer than usual so we had all of the windows open. This caused a slight problem with the cooking because the wind was affecting the flame on the gas stove. Mom, Jack, my sister and her family came up for dinner. The kids had a good time playing together. The girls dressed up a princesses and all of the kids took turns playing my keyboard. After dinner we celebrated Ryan's 8th birthday with pumpkin cupcakes, pumpkin pie and french silk pie. We have a lot to be thankful for this year - good health, our family & friends and Bob's safe & early return from his overseas trip. (he wasn't due home until a week after Thanksgiving)
