happy Easter!!

Meagan had lots of fun this Easter. Her new favorite book is "What is Easter?" from Grandma, we read it several times a day. She looked very cute in her green bunny ears and actually knew how to look for Easter eggs. She and Kaitlin watched Ryan look for eggs before church and when we got home they started running around the living room, shaking eggs and putting them in their baskets. The best part for Meagan was when she discovered the eggs had food in them.

My Cousins Come to Visit

Meagan truely enjoyed visiting with her cousins Ryan and Kaitlin this week. She and Kaitlin played well together, Meagan can say "Kaitie" and asked for her every morning when she woke up and after every nap. She was very sad that Kaitlin was gone when she woke up Sunday afternoon. Ryan & Kaitlin came to play group with us on Thursday and got to meet some of Meagan's friends. We went to see Pop Pop and Grandma on Friday and had Easter dinner at Nonnie's on Saturday. A very busy week, but we were all sad to see them go on Sunday.

Daddy's Little Helper

Meagan has become quite the little helper. She loves to help daddy unload the dish washer and take out the recycling. Her latest "chore", taking out the trash.
Meagan is turning into a very intersting little toddler. Sometimes I think she is getting her terrible 2's early. She is very focused and strong willed. She is also a very loving and affectionate child. She loves her baby dolls and her stuffed animals, giving them hugs and kisses.

Meagan is 15 Months Old

Meagan had her 15 month doctor's appointment last Thursday and is doing well. She checks in at 20 lbs and 30 1/2 inches. The doctor was impressed by her vocabulary, both words and signs, and that she knows so many body parts (more than just her face). She is on 10 days of antibiotics for an ear infection (our 1st one) and we talked to the doctor about her snoring (she sounds like a freight train). If she is still snoring after the ear infection clears up we are off the an ENT to check her adnoids.
